Commuter-Friendly Location: We are looking for local Senior Residential Support Workers. This new home is perfectly situated for a stress-free commute from: Chirk: ~17 mins, Shrewsbury: ~30 mins, Welshpool: ~32 mins, Wrexham: ~33 mins.
Eligibility Criteria
- QUALIFICATION: You MUST already hold the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent specifically for Children & Young People).
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 18 months experience specifically within an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home.
- RIGHT TO WORK: Applicants must currently reside in the UK. We DO NOT offer Visa Sponsorship or "Visa Switches".
- TRANSPORT: A Full UK Manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Join us as a Senior RSW in our brand-new therapeutic home. We are looking for competent Shift Leaders who are compassionate, proactive, and have a "will-do" attitude to lead a new team.
