We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, high-specification 4-bed residential home in Chester. This home will support young people with LD and EBD needs.
The Provider: You will be joining a forward-thinking provider backed by an exceptional leadership team. The successful candidate will report directly to a Care Director with 20 years of experience and a proven history of achieving 'Outstanding' Ofsted judgements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving registration with Ofsted for the new premises.
- Recruiting and training a brand-new staff team.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with Regulation 13 focus.
- Creating a trauma-informed environment for young people.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or highly experienced Deputy.
- Experience in LD/EBD settings.
- A "child-first" ethos.
