We are hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Weybridge. The successful candidate will need strong experience managing permanent or contract recruitment lifecycles. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates to match client requirements.
- Advertise vacancies, utilise job boards and other sourcing tools.
- Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close placements successfully.
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Contribute to the team's overall success and help mentor junior consultants as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proven billing record and ability to hit or exceed targets.
- Confident managing existing client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilient, ambitious, competitive and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
