Key Responsibilities
- Project Administration
- Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Support the preparation and distribution of project reports, status updates, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate project meetings, maintain project calendars, and support project logistics as required.
- Assist with the project close-out activities and handover documentation.
- Document Control
- Ensure all project documentation is stored correctly and kept up to date.
- Issue drawings, specifications, and project documentation to clients and site teams.
- Manage document revisions and ensure version control procedures are followed.
- Assist with the preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and handover packs.
- CAD Support
- Update and amend CAD drawings for project delivery teams.
- Produce installation drawings, schematic layouts, and mark-up drawings as required.
- Produce, as installed and as built drawings upon project completion . Maintain drawing registers and revision histories.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and client requirements.
- Support Project Managers and Engineers with drawing-related queries.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role.
- Working knowledge of Auto CAD.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience managing documentation and version control.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within the security systems, construction, engineering, or technical services sectors.
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, gates and barriers systems.
