We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Systems Service Engineer to join a well-established security solutions provider. This role involves servicing, maintenance and repair of advanced security systems across a variety of customer sites. You will work with modern, cutting-edge technology, ensuring systems operate reliably while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Servicing, maintenance and repair of Fire Detection, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults efficiently to minimise downtime and optimise system performance.
- Carry out system upgrades and enhancements in line with the latest industry technologies.
- Provide technical support and basic training to clients to ensure effective system use.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and project completion.
Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Detection, CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control systems.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security and fire systems maintenance.
- Basic IT and networking knowledge including IP addressing and network infrastructure.
- Sound understanding of industry regulations, codes and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
