We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
2 to 3 Years minimum office experience
Coordinate meetings and appointments, maintaining office calendars
Liaising with engineers and management/directors
Dealing with suppliers and manufactures and placing orders when necessary
Dealing with landlords and tenants
Experience of Filemaker would be an advantage but full in-house training will be provided
Must be confident and clearly spoken with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Manage office supplies /stock control
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and excellent time keeping, * GCSE or equivalent (required)
