High Street Surgery is seeking a motivated, patient centred Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive clinical team for 4 sessions per week. This role is ideal for a GP who values continuity of care, collaborative working, and high quality patient outcomes. You will provide routine and same day clinical care, contribute to the wider multidisciplinary team, and support the practice in delivering safe, effective NHS primary care services.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide high quality, evidence based clinical care to patients across routine, urgent, and chronic disease appointments.
  • Undertake telephone, face to face, and online consultations, manage acute presentations, long term conditions, and medication reviews, participate in duty doctor sessions on a fair rota.
  • Request and interpret investigations, referring appropriately in line with NHS pathways.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement.
  • Support the practice in meeting QOF, IIF, and local commissioning targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider MDT to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records within the clinical system.
  • Engage in CPD and annual appraisal to maintain GMC revalidation.
