WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

As a team member you are responsible for the guest experience, including a welcoming smile and greeting on arrival, the knowledge to be able to display and sell our products, the cleanliness and atmosphere of our bakery, ensuring the space is clean and tidy and all guests have all they need and nothing they don't. To deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest. You will have high standards for yourself and the energetic and enthusiastic team.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing exceptional hospitality to all guests that come into the establishment or call for orders following Paris Baguette’s high standard of excellence
  • Check quality of all the products for displays and organize rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts
  • Enter in the guest’s order in the POS and know how to use the POS system in place
  • Work and thrive in a team environment
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines
  • Make beverages on the basis and demand during operating business hours and prepare coffee
  • Always keep all areas of the store clean while operating during business hours
  • Refill and organise all pastries and beverages on display
  • Maintain the wash up area, ensuring a sufficient supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.
  • Help unload deliveries
  • Handle catering orders
  • Prepare and assemble food as required
