The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

This is a SECONDMENT opportunity for a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027 after which in some circumstances the role may become a permanent position.

G13 - internal promotions will be aligned to the pay policy.

About the Role

Provide administrative and coordination support for all aspects of employee relations case management, including minute taking at meetings.

Prepare case bundles, evidence packs, meeting notes, and correspondence for hearings and appeals, including the collation of Employment Tribunal documentation.

Maintain accurate and confidential ER case records using HR information systems.

Support managers by providing templates, guidance documents, and signposting to the appropriate ER policies.

Support with low complexity employee relations matters and casework.

Support the ER/IR team in preparing for meetings with trade union representatives, including negotiation meetings, regular meetings and working groups.

Assist with the collation of information, reports, and data to support formal consultation processes.

Help maintain positive working relationships with trade union representatives by responding promptly and professionally to routine queries.

Provide administrative support for the implementation of collective agreements and organisational change programmes.

Support the ER/IR team in preparing reports for senior leadership and unions.

Assist in administrative elements of ER/IR policy review.

Change & Consultation administration and coordination.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, recruitment, payroll, OD, and other HR functions to ensure consistent service delivery.

Contribute to HR projects and cross functional activities as required.

Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work, and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.
