We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Logistics Booking Coordinator to join our busy Customer Care team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating deliveries while providing outstanding support to customers.

As a Logistics Booking Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer deliveries, collections, and disposal services are arranged efficiently and professionally. You will be the key point of contact for customers, helping to create a positive experience from booking through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting customers to arrange and confirm delivery and collection appointments.
  • Managing customer bookings and updating information accurately within our CRM system.
  • Coordinating with logistics teams and drivers to ensure successful deliveries.
  • Processing customer payments and handling account-related queries.
  • Managing disposal and recycling service requests where required.
  • Providing updates to customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to enhance the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics coordination, scheduling, or a contact centre environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Competent IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively while also being able to work independently.
