Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary: NJC scale Point 3-4 pro rata (£13,382.73 - £13,592.68) (FTE £25,614.27 - £26,016.10 p.a.)

Working pattern
- 22.5 hours per week over 3 days: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Plus 1 INSET day at the start of the September term

Required for 1 September 2026, after successful interview and satisfactory references.
Role overview
This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional, and committed colleague to join our newly opened and ambitious school. Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills are essential. The ability to work calmly, efficiently and effectively with people face to face and on the telephone. You should enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment with young people. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage but not essential. The role will require you to be a First Aider; training will be provided if you are not qualified at present.
Responsibilities
- Provide reception duties and general administrative support across the school
- Answer calls and greet visitors, directing them appropriately
- Maintain records and assist with stationery, filing and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications and requirements
- Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy environment
- Experience of Microsoft Office (not essential to a high level)
- First Aid qualification or willingness to undertake training
- Right to work in the UK and ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check
