At Bitrise, we’re improving how mobile products are developed and deployed for thousands of customers around the world. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build, drive, and iterate on our Go-to-Market processes, strategies, and execution for our flagship CI/CD product. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create and evolve compelling and descriptive ICPs, personas, positioning, and messaging that create demand and adoption across the customer lifecycle.
Please note that we’re a remote-first company offering the flexibility to work remotely within the country advertised.
About the role
- Create and evolve our market positioning for our flagship, CI product.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ needs and the different personas across the buying journey.
- Regularly conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights to drive the GTM strategy.
- Input into pricing and packaging structure for Bitrise CI (and add-ons).
- Optimize the user journey with compelling onboarding workflows, email drip campaigns, and in-app messages.
- Regularly collaborate with stakeholders from across the business, including product, marketing, sales, etc., to build and execute go-to-market plans and product/feature launches.
- Collaborate with the larger marketing team to create compelling assets (such as landing pages, campaigns).
- Develop compelling sales enablement (messaging and collateral) to support our direct sales channel.
- Drive and optimize the self-service journey for SMB audience.
- Define goals, coordinate product launches, and measure post-launch impact.
- Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and contribute to the product strategy and execution.

- You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrable value and outcome-driven product marketing experience.
- Deep understanding on how to market complex products to both technical and non-technical buyers.
- Expertise in product marketing and previous success launching new features and products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors.
- Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and dependency management skills with great attention to detail, ensuring that plans are successfully executed on time.
