Our client is a well-established drainage and wastewater services company operating across the South West. Working with local water authorities and major construction clients, the business plays a key role in maintaining essential infrastructure. With a large and growing fleet of specialist vehicles, they place a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
They are now looking to appoint a key individual to lead their workshop function. We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Workshop Manager to take ownership of a sizeable mixed fleet including specialist tankers, alongside a fleet of HGVs and vans. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will have direct line management of an HGV fitter, who you will work closely with, as well as being responsible for all aspects of fleet maintenance, compliance, and workshop management.
