Working with local water authorities and major construction clients, the business plays a key role in maintaining essential infrastructure. They are known for developing trainees into fully qualified engineers, offering real progression and stability.
You will receive full training from day one with the opportunity to gain additional qualifications and build a stable, well-paid career. As part of your development, you will have the opportunity to gain your HGV Class 2 (Cat C) license, fully funded by the business.
This role will involve staying away Monday to Friday, with accommodation and meal allowances provided as well as a generous monthly incentive meaning you can earn £1,600 extra a month. This role is ideal if you enjoy practical, hands-on outdoor work and want a career with variety, responsibility, and strong earning potential.
