Are you a Revit specialist who enjoys accuracy, organisation and building reliable digital design systems? Looking to apply your technical skills to real projects, from boutique restaurants to large-scale venues? Join a growing design consultancy that is transitioning from AutoCAD to Revit and building a completely new digital design platform. You will play a key role in making that happen.

The Role – Shape the Revit engine behind our designs

You will develop and maintain Revit libraries, templates and families, creating intelligent components with embedded service data such as gas, electricity, water and ventilation. You will convert existing CAD drawings into structured Revit models and support the design team with accurate 2D and 3D layouts, BIM information and schedules. You will work closely with designers, project managers and estimators to streamline workflows and help define new digital standards for the business.

Future progression if you want it

There is a clear pathway to move into a client-facing Design Consultant role, including site visits, design briefs and full commercial kitchen design. However, progression is optional. We welcome technicians who prefer to stay technical and specialise.

About You

  • Strong Autodesk Revit skills, including family creation
  • BIM awareness and AutoCAD experience are beneficial
  • Organised, proactive and detail focused
  • Experience in hospitality or commercial kitchen environments is helpful but not essential
  • Enjoy improving digital workflows and systems
  • Keen to learn and be part of a friendly, down-to-earth team

What You’ll Get

  • Structured Revit and industry training
  • Hybrid working with office time on Mondays and training support on Wednesdays
  • A supportive, creative team with a good sense of humour
  • The chance to shape a brand-new Revit system used across every project

Why Join?

You will influence how a major hospitality design business delivers its projects and you will gain the skills to progress into consultancy if that interests you. Whether you are a Revit Technician, BIM Coordinator or a skilled CAD user ready to advance, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a major digital transition.
