How to prepare for a job interview at High Profile Resourcing Ltd
✨Know Your Stuff
Make sure you brush up on your technical knowledge related to electrical installations, inspections, and testing. Be ready to discuss your experience with RAMS documentation and any relevant certifications like the 18th Edition or C&G 2391. This will show that you're not just qualified but also genuinely passionate about your work.
✨Showcase Your Autonomy
Since this role values independence, be prepared to share examples of how you've successfully worked alone in previous positions. Talk about specific projects where you took the lead, solved problems, or made decisions without constant supervision. This will demonstrate that you can thrive in a self-starter environment.
✨Communicate Clearly
As you'll be liaising directly with clients, practice articulating your thoughts clearly and professionally. Think about how you would explain complex electrical concepts to someone without a technical background. Good communication skills are key, so don’t shy away from showcasing your ability to connect with others.
✨Express Your Growth Mindset
The company is keen on investing in your development, so let them know you're eager to learn and grow. Mention any additional qualifications you're interested in, like CompEx certification, and how you see yourself evolving within the business. This shows that you're not just looking for a job, but a long-term career.
