This is a senior leadership roleoperating at the intersection of strategy, performance, and cultural growth. It requires resilience, pace, and a mindset wired for delivery.
Youll be the architect of a future-fit organisationleading the strategy behind how talent is discovered, developed, and embedded into the leadership fabric of the business. Degree educated alongside L7 / Masters in an HR subject

A demonstrable track record of leading large-scale, end-to-end talent and capability initiatives with measurable outcomes
