About the Position
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to help shape how millions of people experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our suite of shows. This role isn’t just about managing posts; it’s about finding the most powerful moments from our podcasts, using AI tools to clip, edit, and elevate them, and building a genuinely inspiring digital presence that changes lives. You’ll have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-led optimisation, and community engagement. Strong editorial decision-making skills are key for creating engaging content that inspires, motivates, and enhances the brand of each show you’re representing. You’ll also be someone who deeply understands the culture of content: what resonates, what gets shared, and what earns real attention.
Responsibilities:
- Multi-channel content strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy across YouTube and social platforms to drive podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth.
- Video editing and clipping – Edit standout clips from long-form episodes using a combination of Adobe Premiere and AI tools, ensuring alignment with the tone and style of the podcast.
- YouTube growth & optimisation - Accelerate growth of podcast YouTube channels by optimising new and archive content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features to boost visibility.
- AI content creation and curation – Plan, create, and manage high-quality photo, graphic, and video content tailored to each platform with AI tools. Maintain a consistent visual and editorial brand identity.
- Content scheduling and delivery – Upload and schedule all content across YouTube and selected social channels ensuring alignment with the overall marketing calendar and partner requirements.
- Copywriting and tone of voice – Utilise AI to efficiently write inspirational, thoughtful, and engaging copy for all platforms, ensuring a consistent tone of voice that reflects the values of each podcast.
- Community management – Monitor and engage with the community across social and YouTube, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive and active audience.
- Performance tracking and reporting – Analyse key metrics using platform analytics tools (e.g. YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights), provide regular reports, and use insights to refine strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, with a track record of increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
- Deep understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and key performance metrics, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Video editing proficiency using traditional tools such as Adobe Premiere and upcoming AI tools, as well as relevant scheduling and analytics platforms e.g. YouTube Studio.
- Experience in graphic design and creating visually engaging content (e.g., carousels, thumbnails).
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment across multiple shows.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Adaptable and comfortable with shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
