We are expanding our business and welcoming new members to our team. We want to welcome kind and compassionate people, with full training provided. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their own homes. This position requires travelling in the High Peak area, so a driving licence and access to a car is mandatory.
Requirements:
- Driver and access to a car - we pay your mileage.
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential - full training offered.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the role.
