High Note Hospitality is a new hospitality group founded by industry veterans James Dye (Camberwell Arms, Bambi, Franks Peckham) and Benjy Leibowitz (NoMad NYC, JKS, inHouse). Our vision is rooted in true hospitalitywhether its the way we manage, develop, and care for our teams, or the way we create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first site in Shoreditch in February 2025 and are looking for a Bar Manager to join us. Our first site will feature two unique concepts within one building , blending vibrant dining and hospitality experiences to create one of 2025s most exciting openings. This opening is just the beginning of our journey, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. Joining our opening team offers an incredible opportunity for growth and development as the group expands. Our perfect candidate would: Lead with care and attention to detail Provide confident leadership to bar teams and the rest of the FOH Is training focused Has impeccable organisation Is well versed in product development Has a cocktail knowledge thats rooted in the classics Show flair and creativity Has a strong background in control of COGs, budgeting and stock control
