Responsibilities
- To provide holiday, sickness and training cover for permanent members of staff.
- You will be employed by High Life Highland on a casual basis, as and when required; there are no set hours.
- As a relief worker with High Life Highland, you are free to choose whether to take on work when it is available, and the Charity is under no obligation to offer work to you.

Induction and training
Our induction programme helps all new employees get to know the organisation and their individual job. The Charity will provide all the training needed for the role and has a six-monthly appraisal system which focuses on development needs and gives employees the chance to talk about their job and their plans for the future.

High Life Highland has a fair and transparent pay strategy with nationally negotiated pay awards each year. We contribute to a pension scheme that enables employees to make adequate provision for when they retire. There are also opportunities to enhance pension contributions through an AVC scheme.
