We are seeking a qualified and experienced GCSE Tutor to deliver 16 hours per week of face-to-face tuition in the DA9 area. The provision includes core academic subjects alongside structured support for social skills development and emotional regulation. The successful candidate must be confident combining academic instruction with pastoral and mentoring support.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching GCSE-level subjects
  • Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or social, emotional and mental health needs
  • Ability to differentiate learning and adapt teaching strategies
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
  • Ability to deliver face-to-face sessions in DA9
