The Role
We are seeking patient, committed tutors to provide 1:1 Maths and/or English tuition to SEND learners aged between 11 and 25. You may specialise in English, Maths, or teach both subjects depending on your skill set.
You must be able to:
- Deliver structured learning plans and personalised strategies
- Track progress and maintain high-quality reporting
- Commit to students consistently and reliably
- Build rapport with learners who may experience barriers to engagement
Hours are flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on availability and student allocation.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- UK-based and able to travel locally (face-to-face role)
- Experience or willingness to support SEND learners
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliability, patience, and commitment to student outcomes
Safeguarding Commitment
