We are opening a small neighbourhood bakery in Islington (near Angel) and are looking for both a Head Baker and Junior Bakers to join the team. The bakery will produce cakes, cookies, focaccia, and simple pastries for the café, with real scope to shape new products and help build something from the beginning.
The Head Baker role offers the opportunity to help develop the menu, establish systems and processes, and hire and develop a small team. With assistant and junior opportunities also available, this is a genuine opportunity to be part of a new neighbourhood bakery in a small, friendly, creative environment.
