About The Role
As the Mobile Corporate Fitness coach, you will be responsible for providing Monday to Friday cover and support to our corporate fitness sites across London and surrounding areas, during periods of annual leave, recruitment or sickness. You will provide motivational classes and gym programmes, ensuring standards of service and safety are kept high for our members.
Your Responsibilities
- Visiting various Corporate Fitness locations in and around London.
- Assisting the Active Space Managers to ensure operations run smoothly, and any issues such as maintenance or staff absences are resolved effectively and efficiently.
- Conducting initial assessments and delivering gym inductions.
- Delivering various fitness classes and gym programmes throughout the week.
- Keep accurate records of sign‑ups, membership numbers and payments.
What You’ll Bring
- Currently hold an industry certificate Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training/Fitness Instructing.
- Prior fitness instructor experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Warm and welcoming approach to customers.
- Strong planning and organising abilities.
- First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A passion and ethos for helping others with their health and wellbeing.

Salary, Perks & Benefits
Salary – £28,860 per annum. 37.5 hours per week. 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period. Health Cash Plan. Westfield Rewards. Pension plan with contributions.
