About The Role: You will take the lead in delivering our onsite Active Space operations at a major corporate facility in London, ensuring a smooth, highâquality experience for employees and visitors. In this role, you will be responsible for operational performance, service excellence and maintaining a strong commercial focus. Working with a global sports client with headquarters in both London and the Netherlands, you will play a key role in nurturing the partnership. Through clear communication and close collaboration, you will bring their wellbeing programme to life; coordinating onsite activities and supporting occasional offsite events to ensure a consistent, impactful experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation, management and coordination of the Active Space, and support the delivery of the wider wellbeing programme.
- Work closely with the client and their European HQ team to plan and deliver a full wellbeing calendar of events and campaigns.
- Maintain and update onsite policies and procedures, including NOPs, risk assessments, and rules and regulations.
- Provide highâquality advice and guidance during sport activations, classes and general floor engagement.
- Manage, support and promote the digital member management system, including signâups, class bookings and sport activity administration via the Sports App.
- Carry out initial gym assessments, 1:1 review sessions and personalised plan evaluations to drive engagement and achieve the best outcomes for users.
What You'll Bring:
- CIMSPA / REPS L2 & 3 in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training or equivalents.
- A strong fitness background, with experience of working in a corporate or commercial fitness environment.
- Competent computer user with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Driven and passionate about all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, taking an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
- A selfâstarter, able to work on your own initiative, and have a good eye for detail.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability.
- Personal training / coaching experience.
- Good presentation skills with the confidence to deliver to senior stakeholders.
