About The Role

You will deliver a world‑class, premium wellbeing experience within our Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for a high‑profile global company in Central London, leading a multi‑disciplinary team to elevate the social, physical and psychological wellbeing of employees across the campus. You’ll own the end‑to‑end delivery of sports, events, tournaments, competitions, classes and a wide range of MUGA‑led activations, creating a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven wellness sanctuary where every individual feels seen, heard and valued. As part of a wider team across our London campus and EMEA locations, you’ll help shape an integrated, frictionless experience that sets a new standard for corporate wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Site Operations Manager to meet and exceed all Client, Partner and commercial objectives.
  • Lead, support and develop the multidisciplinary MUGA team, ensuring all members hold required certifications and training.
  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance and safety of the MUGA, including storage areas, changing spaces and all associated services.
  • Conduct and oversee all audits, maintenance checks and cleanliness standards to ensure a pristine, safe and high‑quality environment.
  • Design, deliver and continuously evolve the MUGA service schedule, including activations, coaching, events, tournaments and competitions.
  • Create, track and report on all key metrics and KPIs, ensuring frictionless, anticipatory and premium user experiences.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with internal and external campus stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with wider wellness initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Multi‑sports coaching certifications with experience leading group activations such as football, basketball, tennis or volleyball.
  • CPR, AED and First Aid training, with willingness to complete within one month if not already held.
  • Valid NPLQ (or willingness to obtain) and Swim England Safeguarding certification.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering services in high‑end corporate, luxury, hospitality or premium wellness environments.
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering high‑energy operational services, including sports, tournaments, events and activations.
  • A track record of independently identifying training needs, developing interventions and delivering high‑quality, people‑centred experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build rapport, command a room and create environments that elevate social, physical and psychological wellbeing.
