About The Role

We are excited to introduce an innovative active space for a key client; a global tech giant recognised as the world’s most widely used search platform. As a trusted partner, we support our Client's corporate staff in their fitness and wellbeing journey through active space support. Within this new, innovative space, we will be hiring a team of multidisciplinary specialists, Lifeguards, Swim Coaches, and Class Instructors to provide both sessional activities and group experiences within a Pool, Studio and MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with the smooth running of all pool and MUGA activities
  • Deliver group fitness classes, multi-sports coaching activities (e.g. volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, badminton), and sporting events at the on-site MUGA
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming pool environment ensuring all users can enjoy the facilities confidently and safely
  • Delivering swim coaching sessions, teaching all 4 strokes
  • Supporting and delivering pool-based classes and activities
  • Proactively connect with Users to celebrate their wins, build Community, and promote loyalty, belonging and connection

What You’ll Bring

  • Multi-Sports Coaching Certifications
  • Swim England Level 1 Coaching (minimum)
  • Valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification), including CPR, AED and first aid training
  • Swim England Safeguarding Certificate (or willingness to complete within 3 months)
  • Proven experience of developing effective working relationships and influencing employees
  • Experience in teaching group fitness classes and multi-sports coaching, with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability
  • Ability to command the room, leading sessions with infectious energy and expertise
  • Deliver your classes using expertise in social cues to keep everyone challenged and safe
  • Strong communication skills and a positive coaching attitude
  • G-suite experience and competent - drive, docs, sheets
  • Exceptional Customer service skills with a proven track record

Salary, Perks & Benefits

Up to £30,000 per annum (pro rata). 25 days annual leave plus 1 in lieu of Christmas period. Matched pension scheme, Healthcare cash plan, Surgical Options plan, Westfield Rewards, Access to health and wellbeing.
