The role of a Performance Coach is central to providing our customers with a safe, caring, professional and proactive service, focussed on supporting your clients with expertise and guidance to achieve their desired outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional hospitality & space management of our corporate gym spaces.
- Group coaching of core programming classes.
- On Shift & Off Shift personal training opportunities for meeting business needs, and accommodating for supply & demand.
- Coordination of projects & events that occur with the client in mind, occurring onsite & offsite.
- Management of the space and equipment, such as cleaning & maintenance duties of our kit.
What You'll Bring:
- CIMSPA Accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer
- BSc in Sports Science or similar discipline
- MSc in appropriate discipline, UKSCA ASCC / NSCA CSCS accreditation would be beneficial
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a fitness & wellbeing environment. Ideally for 2 of those years coming from a corporate wellbeing setting
- Strength & conditioning, nutrition, health & wellbeing, rehabilitation
Salary, Perks & Benefits:
- £30,000 per annum
