About The Role
As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to the membership base through gym floor classes, PT sessions, gym challenges and interaction points throughout the club. You will have the opportunity to earn additional income through PT sessions outside of your shift, of which you will receive 75% of the session price per session. You will be expected to show ownership of gym floor operations whilst on shift, including cleaning and maintenance of equipment, to ensure we are meeting the high standards that our clientele expects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 5* gym floor service and create a positive training environment
- Conduct health assessments, write client programmes & deliver PT sessions
- Provide clients with a full 1-2-1 service
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance of the kit and facility
- Be a gym floor presence engaging with members and guests
- Teach a variety of gym floor and studio classes
- Work in collaboration with the reception team to cover breaks and reception enquiries
What You’ll Bring:
- Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications
- Delivering studio classes and personal training sessions

- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
- Ability to communicate to a diverse audience of people

- Able to use your initiative

- Salary - £21,606.00 per annum
