Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Investment and Asset Liability Management (ALM) professional from life insurance, general insurance or reinsurance.
The role involves:
- Developing Investment and ALM propositions
- Producing thought leadership
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Leading a team of Investment and ALM specialists
- Representing the company at relevant conferences and forums
- Driving forward work with key projects on a range of issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the UK and European Insurance market
- Expertise in Insurance investment & ALM, Solvency II, Matching Adjustment and Portfolio construction
- A strong understanding of different asset classes and regulatory regimes (including UK and Bermuda)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commercial mindset and experience in managing and leading teams
