Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Direct Tax Manager to join its Finance team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional to take ownership of a broad range of UK and international direct tax matters, supporting both the organisation and the wider insurance market while working on technical projects, compliance and advisory activities.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review UK corporation tax computations and returns.
Provide technical input on direct tax matters, including transfer pricing.
Lead technical tax analysis and support business projects.
Advise internal stakeholders and overseas offices on direct tax issues.
Support tax compliance across UK and international operations.
Manage tax risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Act as the subject matter expert for direct tax across the business.
Candidate Profile ACA, CTA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified.
Strong UK corporation tax compliance and reporting experience.
Knowledge of UK and international direct tax legislation.
Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities.
