A highly profitable and growing (re)insurance organisation is seeking a Pricing Actuary to join its Pricing team. This is a pivotal, front-facing role supporting underwriting strategy across Political Violence, Political Risk and Credit portfolios, with opportunities to contribute to other classes as the team continues to expand.
- Develop deep expertise in the Political Violence, Political Risk and Credit lines
- Provide account pricing and support underwriters during broker and client negotiations
- Lead portfolio monitoring and contribute to regular MI and benchmark rate reviews
- Review model calibrations and enhance pricing tools and methodologies
- Contribute to ad-hoc pricing activities across the insurance, reinsurance and innovation portfolios
