Job Description

Job Title: US Treaty Broker Support (non-marine)

Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

Salary: Varied – from £60k – £100k depending on experience

Type: Full time – Permanent

We are looking for a talented individual to join our US Treaty Team as an experienced Broker Support Specialist. This position is based in London and operates in a hybrid model, requiring at least 2 days a week in the office.

As a Broker Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to enhance your broking support skills while working with our US clients. You will play a vital role in our team by coordinating placement support activities and delivering proactive, high-value assistance.

Required:

· Minimum 2 years experience with US treaty either from the broking or the carrier side

· Ability to work in the London office at least 2 days / week

Main Responsibilities:

· Assist in reviewing client renewal information.

· Draft slips and endorsements.

· Initiate the contract drafting process, including updates and the production of final contract documentation.

· Support brokers in preparing submissions, compliance and regulation etc.

· Track the placement status of assigned accounts and update information accordingly.

· Dealing with clients and reinsurers directly, completing all documentation

· Respond to client requests for information, including reinsurer details, financial reports, and industry issues.
