HFG are pleased to be partnering with a leading global (re)insurance broker to help them recruit an IBA Technician. They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their high-performing IBA team, ideal for someone motivated to support key financial operations and work closely with senior leaders on impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of premiums and claims, ensuring debt and brokerage remain within agreed procedures
- Support the IBA team in clearing unmatched cash and funded balances
- Resolve finance queries with Account Handlers and escalate issues as necessary
- Regularly review credit control accounts with management
- Assist in team training and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities under pressure
- Ideally, previous experience with OpenTwins Broking Systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver results
