We are seeking a part or fully qualified accountant to manage and deliver high-quality syndicate reporting to Lloyd's. This role is responsible for the timely production, review, and improvement of regulatory and financial reporting, while working closely with finance teams, underwriters, actuaries, and auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and review Lloyd's syndicate reporting, including Flash, QMA/QMB, Solvency II, US/Canadian situs, RRQ/RRA, and annual financial statements.
- Provide clear analysis and commentary to support management and ad hoc queries.
- Ensure reporting meets regulatory requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardised documentation.
- Support audits and finance transformation projects.
- Collaborate across teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and understanding of results.
Skills & Experience
- Part or fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong knowledge of Lloyd's reporting, UK GAAP, Solvency II, and the Companies Act.
- Advanced Excel and report-writing skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of ownership and quality focus.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
- Experience with Lloyd's systems desirable.
