About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Investments in shaping and delivering investment strategy. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing investment performance, governance, asset manager relationships, and strategic asset allocation across a diversified portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Strategy Portfolio Oversight
- Support the development and ongoing evolution of investment strategy aligned to corporate objectives and risk appetite.
- Contribute to Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA), and portfolio risk management decisions.
- Identify and assess new investment opportunities across asset classes.
- Support the integration of climate risk and ESG considerations into investment decision-making.
- Investment Governance Performance
- Lead oversight of investment manager performance, compliance, and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in investment governance, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor portfolio alignment with key risk metrics, including credit and liquidity risk.
- Prepare and present investment performance reporting to senior executives.
