- SMF16 Accountabilities and Regulatory Oversight
- Consumer Duty Oversight
- Operational Resilience Oversight
- Compliance Strategy and Advisory
- Conduct Risk, Culture and Governance
- Regulatory Change and Horizon Scanning
- Product, Pricing and Distribution Oversight
- Third Party and Outsourcing Compliance
- Compliance Monitoring, Controls and Assurance
- Data, MI and Reporting
It is essential that you have senior compliance leadership experience within general insurance, experience operating credibly at Board, Committee and Executive level and a proven track record of managing regulatory relationships.
The package includes a base salary up to £100,000 + 25% bonus potential and a significant LTIP.
