This is a front-row seat to how major (re)insurance programmes are designed, negotiated and placed - working directly with brokers, reinsurers and internal teams to shape decisions that impact risk, capital and profitability.
What you'll do:
- Support the placement and renewal of ceded reinsurance programmes
- Build relationships with brokers and reinsurers
- Analyse reinsurance options and their impact on risk and capital
- Help prepare renewal submissions and contract documentation
- Produce data-driven insights on programme performance
What you'll bring:
- 0-2 years' experience; a background in insurance or the London/Lloyd's market is a strong plus
- A Maths (or highly numerate) background, with an A/A* at A-Level Maths essential
- Sharp analytical skills and comfort interrogating data
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine appetite to learn fast in a dynamic, analytically driven environment
