A leading insurance business is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its commercial finance team.
This is a highly commercial role partnering with underwriting and senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with underwriting and commercial teams.
- Provide financial and performance analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning.
- Analyse profitability, income and portfolio performance.
- Provide commercial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders.
- Support strategic and business performance initiatives.
About You
- Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance experience.
- Previous experience within an underwriting insurer is essential.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience partnering with senior underwriting stakeholders.
- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge.
