This role will be a broad Claims Ops position, encompassing; Claims Optimisation, Operational Improvement, Data and MI and more. Key areas of focus for this role will be TPA/Vendor Management, Governance and Audit. My client is looking for an experienced Claims Ops professional, ideally with Company Syndicate experience, who can roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty in different areas. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust governance frameworks, operational controls and procedures across Claims Operations. Maintain oversight of claims operational audits, regulatory requirements and internal control activities. Support the delivery of SOX, internal and external audit requirements, alongside wider governance obligations. Lead remediation activity arising from audits, reviews and control testing, ensuring actions are effectively addressed and embedded.
