A leading Insurance firm is looking to hire a Lead Service Architect to join their team. You will provide architectural leadership across Finance, Risk, Legal and HR. You will support major change, manage technical risk and develop clear roadmaps that balance cost, risk and value. You will also lead transformation, champion architecture principles and governance, align enterprise and domain strategies and balance day-to-day stability with long-term change.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in regulated environments
  • A deep knowledge of HR and/or Finance with financial services is essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are vital
  • Experience working with governance, integration and data is preferred
  • London Market Insurance experience is a strong advantage
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
