The Role

They are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of insurance sales professionals. Reporting to the Head of Insurance Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance, and supporting the ongoing growth of the division. The successful candidate will provide leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure targets are achieved while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
