I'm currently working with a leading Lloyd's insurer on two hires within their Capital Modelling team:
- Capital Modelling Manager: A senior role with responsibility for key capital modelling processes, including the delivery of SCR and economic capital requirements, development and use of the internal model, and presenting analysis to Boards, Committees and other senior stakeholders. There's a strong strategic element to the position, with involvement in portfolio optimisation, reinsurance strategy, capital allocation and wider Group initiatives, alongside responsibility for managing and developing members of the team.
- Capital Modelling Actuary: A hands-on capital modelling opportunity offering broad exposure across model development, parameterisation and validation, regulatory and economic capital, stress testing.
