A well-respected Insurance organisation is looking to appoint a Finance Business Analyst to join their growing Change team. KEY REQUIREMENTS:· Insurance experience is essential· Finance Change delivery experience is essential· Have strong exposure to with finance systems (i.e. ERP tools, workflow, payment, treasury, consolidation & reporting systems)· Have strong communications skills· Have strong stakeholder management skills and have the ability to engage and build relationships · Have an analytical, investigative approach with ability to work systematically and unsupervised, to tight deadlines and with multiple competing priorities.· Be a pragmatic problem-solver with commercial awareness and a flexible, collaborative approach.
