The next Headteacher will need to:

  • protect and strengthen the culture of highexpectations
  • ensure consistency across all areas of theschool
  • build on strong behaviour and attitudes to drivefurther academic outcomes
  • be passionate about inclusion, ensuring everypupil – including those with SEND – is given the opportunity to flourish
  • continue to develop the curriculum so that it isambitious for all learners
  • balance warmth with firm leadership

  • Be a visible, engaged presence - continuing thehands-on leadership approach that the school values

This is a hands-on role in a small school whereleadership is highly visible.
