HCE Group is the largest independent enforcement agency in the UK. We have a vacancy for a field agent position within the Group. Candidates need to be disciplined, confident, persuasive and enjoy a challenging environment.

Job Type: Full-time, 43 hours. All roles are PAYE. Earnings are not capped and this is a good platform to train as an Enforcement Agent in due course for the right candidate.

Successful candidates will need to pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process. DBS checks showing offences, including spent, will be assessed on a case by case basis. Candidates will need to have a clean County Court judgement check which will include bankruptcy.

Typical earnings are OTE £29k - £32k+ for a field agent. Starting wage on probation £28, bonus after training. 21 Days annual leave plus 8 days for public holidays.
