Job Title: Part Time Administrator

Salary: £13.50 – £14.00 per hour
Location: Near Solihull
Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 4 hours per day = 12 hours per week
Overview
Our client, a successful and well established business, is seeking a highly organised and methodical Administrator to join their friendly team on a part time basis. The role involves essential administrative support and contributes to overall efficiency of the organisation. The ideal candidate will provide in‑office support including data entry, clerical duties, telephone and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and maintain an organised workspace
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in the preparation of letters and correspondence
- Open files for property valuations
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper based
- Liaise with management agents and solicitors across the UK by phone and email
- Perform associated administration tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using computerised systems and software applications
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
