As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you'd be leading the mechanical delivery on it from contract signature right through to handover. Is this you? You've run projects of real scale and complexity before, not just kept them ticking over. You know construction, installation and commissioning sequences well enough to spot a problem before it becomes one. What you'll be doing:
- Taking full responsibility for a specific project from contract signature to handover
- Owning health, safety and welfare at site level - no passing it up the chain
- Overseeing the full commissioning process against the employer's requirements
- Working with the Quantity Surveyor to keep costs, variations and reporting on track
- Managing the client relationship directly, including handover and after-care
Where you'll be doing it:

What you'll need:
- HND or equivalent in a related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar contracts management role
- Solid knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
- Confidence leading a team and delegating without losing control of the detail
