Higgidy is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional in the United Kingdom to drive improvements in systems and ways of working. You will lead investigations of incidents, complaints trends and non-conformances, ensure closures with relevant teams, and manage external service providers and calibration/Laboratory Services.
